Quade Property Group is a family-run business founded and operated by Brendan Bennett, with roots in the same Cleveland neighborhoods we lease in.
We're not a large management company. We're a small team that moves fast, answers the phone, and holds our properties to a high standard because our name is on every one of them. Our residents get the same quality homes you'd find with any large operator, without the runaround when something needs attention.
We've built the business to make renting simple too. Rent payments, maintenance requests, and communication all happen through the RentRedi app, so you get the convenience of modern property management without losing the personal touch of knowing exactly who to call.

Brendan Bennett
Owner
Brendan Bennett started investing in real estate in 2018 at 22 years old. As a college student with more ambition than experience, he read every book, listened to every podcast, and then started doing the thing most people only talk about — buying and managing properties in the neighborhoods he called home. Nearly a decade later, Brendan is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio, an active professional in the lending industry, and the founder of Quade Property Group, a portfolio of over 27 rental properties across Cleveland and Charleston, South Carolina. Real estate isn't just what he does for work — it touches every corner of his professional life, and he wouldn't have it any other way.
Vanessa Bennett
Leasing/Operations
Vanessa Bennett spent years working as an interior designer after earning her degree from the University of Akron, taking on residential and commercial projects and building a real skillset around what makes spaces feel right. When she and Brendan met in 2021, that background found a natural home at Quade. What started with design selections and renovation input has grown into a central role in the business. Today Vanessa runs much of the day to day, from tenant communication to keeping renovation projects on track. She brings a level of attention to the product that shows up in every property, and her design instincts are a big part of why Quade homes look and feel the way they do.
